Over the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of having our daughter be coached by Danny and more specifically in the last year and half since he started the Alamo Soccer Academy program. 

I can confidently say the impact has been incredible—not just in wins, but in the development of each player. What sets him apart is his consistency and his ability to build a truly unified team. There isn’t a single standout player because he invests in every athlete, coaching them individually while always emphasizing the importance of the team as a whole.

 

The results speak for themselves—two undefeated seasons and a well-earned trip to State—but what matters even more is how he gets there. He coaches with heart, respect, and intention. He never yells or belittles; instead, he meets each player where they are, adjusting his style to bring out their best. He creates an environment where the girls feel supported, challenged, and confident.

 

Personally, I’ve watched my daughter grow tremendously over the past three years—not only in her skills and understanding of the game, but in her love and passion for it. She looks forward to every practice and game, and that enthusiasm is a direct reflection of the culture he has built.

 

We are incredibly grateful for his leadership, dedication, and the positive example he sets for these young athletes. He’s not just building great players—he’s building a strong, connected team and helping shape confident, resilient young women!
